We present the design and walk through every decision together. This collaborative review phase ensures that every element reflects your vision. Adjustments are made with precision until you are completely satisfied.
Approved design package & signed contract
4 – 12 Weeks
We manage all sourcing, ordering, and logistics. Custom cabinetry, imported stone, specialty plumbing fixtures — we track lead times and coordinate deliveries to prevent costly delays during construction.
Confirmed delivery schedule & contractor pre-construction meeting
4 – 16 Weeks (project dependent)
Your dedicated project manager is on-site regularly to oversee every trade, enforce quality standards, and keep the project on schedule. We communicate proactively — you'll receive weekly updates and have direct access to your PM at all times.

Yes. We regularly work with clients across the continental United States. Travel fees may apply for projects outside the DC metro area — we'll discuss this transparently during your consultation.
A kitchen renovation typically spans 12 – 24 weeks from design approval to completion. Bath projects run 8 – 16 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline at the close of the discovery phase.
Our services are best suited for projects with a minimum investment of $75,000. This allows us to bring the full scope of our expertise and vendor relationships to your project.
In some cases, yes — particularly if you have an established relationship with a trusted GC. We'll meet with them early in the process to ensure alignment on standards and communication protocols.
